Una delle migliori caratteristiche del locale è la sua chiara connotazione di stile. Le pietanze sono preparate bene con materie prime più che valide soprattutto in rapporto al prezzo. Si consiglia vivamente di scegliere le pietanze "tirolesi", con una particolare abilità, derivata dal tipo di cucina da cui trae ispirazione, nella preparazione dei piatti "poveri". La carta dei vini è rivolta ad una clientela non con risorse economiche limitate ed il ricarico è onesto.
Va visto come un ristorante "etnico tirolese": nessuno si sognerebbe di andare in un ristorante messicano e chiedere un piatto di spaghetti !
