Excellent restaurant, où l'on n'est jamais déçu. Cuisine étonnante pour le prix. Le menu St Fiacre, qui privilégie les produits de premier choix, est mon favori ; mais on se régale pour 22 €, un prix incroyable pour la qualité de ce qui est servi. Et si on a très faim, et qu'on accepte de se laisser surprendre, le chef concocte au moment des inattendus dans le grand menu (45 € : j'ai mangé bien souvent bien mal pour bien plus cher).
La carte des vins n'est à mon avis pas à la hauteur de la cuisine. La solution est simple : nous buvons de l'eau et mangeons ce que ni ma compagne ni moi ne savons cuisiner. Ne pas se formaliser de l'aspect un peu froid de la patronne : avec l'habitude, ça lui passe. Raison de plus pour revenir.
