- A surprising fate awaited this château, formerly a hunting lodge of Louis XV: it has become one of the best restaurants in the region! The dining area combines period furniture and designer pieces. The food, on the other hand, does not mix genres, sticking to traditional cuisine that focuses on the ingredients. Very fine selection of wines.

Je suis cet établissement depuis son ouverture. Je n'ai jamais été déçu. Plats très raffinés et très bien préparés. Belle carte des vins. Très bel accueil et service. Le cadre magnifique. La meilleure table de la région.

L'accueil convivial et chaleureux du couple Jean-Michel et Franceline met tout de suite à l'aise les convives. Tout débute avec les apéritifs et leurs mets miniatures, puis les choses sérieuses arrivent avec des plats inventifs qui attisent la curiosité et le plaisir par leur légèreté et la créativité du maestro. Enfin vient le bouquet final avec l'explosion des desserts où les couleurs n'ont de comparable que la quintessence des mets exprimés par le sorcier culinaire de Vauchoux.
