Nous avons simplement pris le menu « déjeuner » et avons été bercés dans une alliance de saveurs d’une grande subtilité. Je remercie M. Masashi Ijichi dont la créativité excelle et m’a enchanté ,bien que je sois « un vieux routier des étoilés »…et j’ai tenu personnellement à m’inscrire sur ce site pour évoquer ma satisfaction.

Dommage qu'il n'y est qu'un vin proposé en 1/2 bouteille même si vous proposez quelques crus "au verre" . Sur ce thème...vous devez faire un effort !

La totale confiance du chef est un régal de saveur.
Dommage que le cadre de la salle soit un peu triste à mon gout.
