Ratings details
Fantastically creative - and a more divine experience than at least half of the top-rated restos in France. You are treated to taste sensations unlike any you have previously experienced - and yet all the ingredients are playing together in total harmony, not contradicting one another as is often the case with "molecular" cuisine. Just like Frantzén/Lindeberg in the Old Town of our lovely capital, Esperanto is a milestone any discerning foodie's memoirs.
