- Chef Alex Hanbuckers is a consummate master of colour and presentation. His dishes are fresh, intelligent and beautifully enhance the quality of the fine produce. In place of a menu, you will choose a formula whose value for money cannot be faulted. Comfortable accommodation is also available for overnight stays.

- Anguille fumée et tartare de gambas au mascarpone de moutarde et vinaigrette à la crème aigre. Pigeonneau au boudin noir et mousseline de pomme de terre à l'ail, crunch d'oignons et grelots au soja et yuzu. Structures de fraises et crème aux amandes, crumble de nougat et glace aux agrumes.

Uitstekend gegeten. De gerechten waren allen af. Mooi gepresenteerd. Ook de kwaliteit en smaken waren bij ieder gerecht op het zelfde niveau. Zeker zijn ster waard !

Accueil agréable. Une coupe de Champagne offerte. Belle qualité de Champagne.
Menu à 6 plats (incluant desserts). 3 heures pour servir 4 plats, alors que l'ensemble du restaurant (environ 60-70 couverts) est sur le menu unique. Inadmissible. Pas de surprise au niveau des plats. Décevant. Nous sommes partis à 23h00 après le 4ème plat. Nous étions arrivés à 19h45.
