Una splendida realtà del Piemonte (e non solo). Un locale di grande qualità, dove la moderna mano dello chef non si ferma al proprio territorio: il suo estro, infatti, ti offre l'opportunità anche di degustare eccellenti piatti di mare. Concordo pienamente, quindi, con i giudizi precedenti. Vini e carta a prezzi onesti; l'ambiente è rustico-chic. Il servizio è cortese ma è vero che è anche un pò approssimativo (...ma siamo in campagna). Insomma, una cucina di alto/altissimo livello.
