This restaurant is situated in the perfect location on a thoroughfare in a medium sized village on the Mosel. A hotel restaurant, the atmosphere is near perfect, as is the venue. We have seldom seen a better situation for a restaurant, especially given there are so few really upscale eating places in the town. Drinks here were superb, see below for all else.
We have eaten at this restaurant any number of times. Somehow we are always in the hopes that service will be delivered with a smile at some point. We simply go back because the venue is so perfect, but the food and the prices are not a super value otherwise. On this occasion under-cooked chicken legs, once returned to the kitchen, were brought back still under-cooked - and with funny looks to go along.
