Norbert Niederkofler's cuisine is a superb mix of precise, technical know-how and delicious Italian flavours. The delightful dining room and excellent service also deserve a special mention. Giudizio 3. Che dire ogni volta che veniamo da Norbert (e lo facciamo abbastanza di sovente), riesce sempre ad emozionarci; che perfezione, che grande "cultura gastronomica", che raffinatezza di accostamenti,che sapidità di gusti ed il tutto senza sentire il bisogno di "effetti speciali". Evviva Norbert grande senza sentire il bisogno di dimostrarlo per forza.
