In 2010, Bernard Rambaud passed the baton to Vincent David, ensuring that this restaurant lost nothing of its former sparkle. The new young chef creates inspired and innovative dishes with the occasional homage to his predecessor. Friendly service.
Specialities
Carpaccio de langoustines crues juste tiédies à la fleur de thym, nage de kari gosse. Noix de ris de veau panée d'amande et homard bleu sauté à cru (avril à oct.). Pastilla de chocolat noir coulant, sorbet passion, caramel au beurre salé.

J'ai eu l'occasion de goûter la cuisine de ce jeune et talentueux Chef courant novembre et ce fut une très belle découverte : Ormeau en persillade, Oursinade de Homard, Fricassée de Ris de Veau et Homard.... Les cuissons étaient parfaites et le mariage Terre-Mer, exceptionnel! Une étoile entièrement méritée et toutes mes felicitations à la maitresse de maison et son équipe en salle pour leur accueil.

nous avons découvert la cuisine étoilée du chef Vincent à Cordon. Avec beaucoup de joie nous l'avons retrouvé lors de vacances en bretagne. Grâce à sa cuisine pleine de saveur,inventive, son étoile confirmée en 2011 est amplement méritée d'autant que certains plats de sa création sont dignes de ceux des plus grands chefs. L'acceuil gracieux et chaleureux de sa compagne Katia ne fait qu'agrémenter ce grand moment de plaisir gustatif.
