Perfect service, exquisite cuisine, nice setting, good wines and champagne, nice compositions. The separate lobby which avoids disturbing the guest when people arrive is also a nice touch. I imagine it being more beautiful in the summer when the garden is open.
Only one waiter spoke english, and at the Sylvester menu, it seemed they bit more than they could chew. The fourth course of the seven course menu had too much delay, a few guests even left, the waiters were too much in a hurry to carry out all special orders, but on other days, you get really good quality and service for a reasonable price. Also, the timetable for operning/closing is a bit fuzzy. "Midi" and "Soir" are no definitive times. It's best to do a reservation and lookup the webpage.
