The food was edible, but unexciting

Very long wait in the bar area, followed by further long wait in the restaurant. Very hot dining area. Food OK but not outstanding, perhaps we had unreasonable expectations given the reputation of the michelin starred main restaurant

This is a small unpretentious restaurant, with the kitchen in full view. The food, service and wine list are all excellent, and very good value for money
Room is a little small.
