Chef François Geurds' style of cooking is not only clever and highly innovative, but also demonstrates a convincing combination of flavours. Dinsdag 23/11/10 voor lunch zoals elke maand. Ontvangst, ambiance, witte en zwarte brigade en ja de chef en zijn produkten en bereiding zeg ik was weer voor mij perfect. Ik ga elke maand lunchen en het is een avontuur en voel me net een VIP. P.S. Francois is nu ook SVH meesterchef.

amazing amuses were served in an opulent setting. Service is friendly and professional, and the food is excellent. The lunch menu provides amazing value for money, although it still remains a place for special occasions and not for that "I don't want to eat my sandwich" day.
