nuovi piatti della tradizione romana rielaborati con il pesce che la fa' da padrone nelle esperte mani di giulio nessuna sbavature e accostamenti sempre azzecati. bonus per il menu' a 58 euro da costruire insieme allo chef.completamente rinnovato il personale di sala ma non temete ciro e onnipresente.

impegnativo cenone di san silvestro con ritorno alla tradizione tra virgolette con stupendi tortellini panna che panna non e' e prosciutto di pesce.tutti ottimi i piatti del menu accompagnati dalla bravura di ciro e del personale di sala.giulio terrinoni non si ferma mai nella ricerca che si sposa benissimo con la simpatia di farti sentire sempre a casa di amici.
