Très belle dégustation de vins à table (formule 10 verres), avec explications des différents terroirs par un sommelier.
Où était Olivier Leflaive ? L'endroit décline le concept "maison d'hôtes", mais l'hôte en question était absent. Dommage ! Plats trop basiques (goût de thon en boîte pour l'entrée, poulet insipide…), dommage car avec des vins de cette qualité, dans un restaurant recommandé par le Michelin, on s'attend à une nourriture de qualité également. Le sommelier qui part sans prévenir avant la fin du repas, sans avoir répondu à nos questions posées en début de repas.
