Une grande surprise. C'était pour un déjeuner. La carte apportée ne comportait en rien les traditionnels pavés de saumon etc etc que l'on retrouve dans n'importe quel restaurant parisien désormais. Une vraie carte avec un choix très alléchant. Et le résultat était à la hauteur avec un fantastique "gâteau" d'endives et de chèvre recouverts de caramel en entrée par exemple. Pour un midi, c'est inventif, et ça change tellement. A recommander.

Le rognon de veaux dans son jus basilic aux fèves: A se damner (Cuisson, assaisonnement, texture, parfum,goût, 20/20) Le mille-feuilles d'aubergine: plus modérément.. Les vins bien choisis. Le cognac correct mais chère (A ce prix on s'attend à quelque chose de plus vieux)
