Quel chef !!! plus les années passent et plus sa cuisine s'affine, surprend, évolue, ... et plus il semble prendre plaisir à tenir son restaurant, venir discuter avec ses clients. Je pense que cette sympathique auberge est le meilleur restaurant du sud-Essonne.
Franchement, je ne vois pas...
