Testé à cinq reprises, ce jeune chef nous étonne toujours: qualité des produits, préparation, préparation, rapport qualité-prix = excellent. nous avons comparé en dinant dans plusieurs restaurants 1 étoile en Belgique (entre décembre 2011 et novembre 2012). Résultat: le Savarin mérite certainement cette quotation. A suivre?
