Le carpaccio de saumon et fenouil en entrée était simple et très bon, on sentait l'Asie dans l'assiette. Le plat : un pavé de boeuf avec légumes croquants et une purée, la cuisson était parfaite. Enfin un pré dessert : fraises et sorbet à la rose avec un sucre pétillant qui rappelle des bonbons, et un éclair au chocolat bon mais qui mériterait d'être encore plus chocolat. Vins délicieux , des explications sur le whisky japonais, un service agréable, bref une excellente soirée!
