- If the handle of this popular dining room hasn't given it away, the name certainly will—Fishtag is all about seafood. Set on the ground floor of a townhouse, this parlor boasts a convivial bar and a slender white-walled dining room, arranged around a center island used to display an arresting selection of cheeses. Delightfully sharable, Fishtag's menu underscores Chef Michael Psilakis' modern Greek accent and is organized by style from light to heavy. One may start off with scallop ceviche brightened by pomelo and aji amarillo before moving on to crisp-skinned salmon atop finely chopped cucumber, tomato, and onion awash in red wine vinaigrette; then decadent sheep's milk dumplings draped in tomato fonduta and nuggets of homemade loukaniko (pork sausage).
