As if the Oxbow Public Market wasn't already teeming with temptation, this enoteca-meets-pasticceria is sure to grab your attention even before you've wandered twenty paces. The seating inside is housed within a private corner of the sprawling emporium, donning wrought-iron furniture and yellow-stained cabinetry. However, the spacious terrace is the best seat in the house. Authenticity is the Italian menu's strong suit. From the listing, enjoy specialties highlighted by their region of provenance, such as a bowl of tagliatelle twirled with crushed fava beans, fresh mint, and lots of finely grated Pecorino Romano as prepared in Marche. The house pizza is certified Verace Pizza Napoletana, while slow-cooked items like poached beef tongue with salsa verde are also praise-worthy.
