Our visit has been some days ago but if you are angry you should rather sleep over it. The general setting is nice, actually it's almost the same as it was with the former hotel and restaurant. The reception was friendly which could not be said about the very pushy and partially little knowledgeable service. The menu was appealing but did not keep it's promise. I personally do think that the time everything has to swim in ISI espumas (foams) is over. This might be nice for finger food and catering showing off their skill, here in a restaurant it means nothing if its applied everywhere.
The second and the third course both with seafood/fish had the exactly same sauce. The deer was a bit too old and had a very special taste. All courses combined all ingredients under the foam and swimming in their sauce(s) in a manner that the distinct tastes thereof where not distinguishable any more.
