Des assiettes bien présentées, des plats corrects mais irréguliers.
Un sommelier incompétent, mal aimable et incapable de servir du vin sans maculer la table de taches. Une "Maitre d’Hôtel" désagréable, ne connaissant pas son travail, arrogante et maladroite.
