Nous l'avons testé chaque fois dans le cadre de la Ducasse de Mons à un moment où dans cette cité, sous le couvert de la fête, le service tend parfois à se relâcher dans d'autres établissements. Ici, tout était comme cela devait être; excellents produits, présentation de l'assiette très esthétique et recettes raffinées avec en plus, un conseil vin très chaleureux sans aucune pédantisme. Bref, une belle adresse de bouche au service accueillant et non guindé dans un cadre très agréable.

Cadre sympa, sommelier très professionnel et compétent, au niveau de la cuisine, certains plats furent très appréciés, d'autres beaucoup moins manquants "d'originalité mais surtout pas très chauds"!!!!!
Voir ci-dessus, servir 3 assiettes de gibier pas assez chaudes pour une table de 6 !!!!!
