- Salmon served as trout, no flavouring at all. - red wine sauce, obviously "convenience" without any personnal twist or taste added. - Bavette unchewable - Haricots verts straight out of freezer. - Not one single time being asked if everything was to likings, eventhough plates were still jalf filled with food.
