Zeer goed 'klein' diner tegen voordelige prijs; dat je ook 's avonds nog matig eten kunt en er geen verplichting is om vier of vijf gangen te nemen, is een goede vondst. Alle voorgestelde gerechten waren perfekt: puur of (schijnbaar) eenvoudig bereid, maar van uitzonderlijke klasse. Mooie wijnkaart, gericht op Bourgogne én op leuke vondsten buiten Frankrijk.
