interesting concept, many little dishes, but beware, not very filling! Amazing wine list from all over the world. Service very inviting and punctual
wine prices very high, pity.. not a place to enjoy a good bottle of wine without losing your scalp. Many inconsistencies throughout the menu, some combinations are crazy, some don't really get on very well together.. Scallops excellent but spoiled by poor pork additions. Dumplings not up to oneMstar level. Fois gras was a different story, absolutely divine. But back to -ves again the yellow fin tuna was totally tasteless.. I feel strange criticizing Gordon but I think it is fair..

Sadly not much good to say about this restaurant which used to be one of my favourites when under the care of Jason Atherton and Michael West.
Evening lighting far too dim to see food, several of the spot bulbs not working making matters worse, MD reluctant to accept "that's the way we do it at Maze sir!" The food which once used to excite with fabulous flavours and textures now seems to be random tasteless and very much style over substance. The cocktail list once extensive now dessimated. Wine list mainly unaffordable. I loved the concept of the grazing menu but I am afraid in its present incarnation it's a shadow of its former glory
