We had the second worst experience we have ever had at a restaurant in London. We were encouraged to and ordered their summer tasting menu (5 courses). An hour and half had gone by and we had finished our bottle of champagne and white wine before we got our 2nd course. We finally got all 5 courses close to 4 hours after we had initially sat down and after we had complained about 5 times about the speed and service. Two hours into our 'dinner' the manager's response to our complaint that we were now annoyed and hungry was to send over more bread. I can honestly say we will NEVER be back.
