The restaurant design is very nice and modern. The initial servings was handled in a lounge area before ewe got seated at our table. By ordering a competition dish from Bocuse d’Or 2011, the winnwe and head chef of Gernanium, Rasmus Kofoed, serves the dish at the table.
Whilst there definitely was a very high ambition in the food and device, especially the serving didn't perform as expected on a star restaurant. This needs to be sorted out before they will receive their very well earned start.

Great looking dishes, fantastic view and wonderful premises. The reception was warm and welcoming. Utterly professional. We will certainly remember many of the dishes.
Extremely expensive, even for a restaurant in this class. Very hard to get a table.
