Service is extremely competent but also relaxed and natural allowing focus to remain exclusively on the food..Every serving is an wonderful experience tastewise,I also enjoyed the occasional teasing humour of a few of the presentations..Also recommendable was the non-alchoholic "juice" menu which complemented the food perfectly..Very much on the plus was a generous tour of the kitchen,food lab etc,accompanied by some friendly and informative talk with the hard working chefs and staff.

Many people seem to be strolling past NOMA's large windows using their mobile phones to take quick snapshots..The staff,however, keep a watchful eye and consistently "chase" off those that venture too close..
