Schon mal Fisch vom heißen Himalaya-Salzstein gegessen - ein toller Genuss. Und so genussvoll ging es weiter: die hausgemachten kleinen Ravioli mit „Fassona“ Fleisch mit schwarzem Trüffel waren hauchzart , das Duett vom Havelländer Bio-Apfelschwein perfekt und wir nach dem Essen rundum zufrieden. Hier versteht der Koch sein Handwerk. Der tolle Gastgeber berät kompetent beim Wein und schafft ein italienisches Ambiente im besten Sinne ders Wortes. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
