Esperienza bellissima in questa casa-locanda-osteria. Certo, non attendetevi un ristorante stellato Michelin, ma se siete alla ricerca di un luogo denso di atmosfera e cibi del territorio rivisitati con sapienza siete all'indirizzo giusto. Come antipasto ricevo una variazione contemporanea sulla tipica carne cruda salata. A seguire un maialino reale cotto a bassa temperatura da antologia. Variazione di mousse al cioccolato a e allo yogourth per concludere in dolcezza. Servizio ospitale e simpatico, prezzi di una correttezza esemplare.
