Das Essen ist hervorragend, Küche auf hohem Niveau. Die Kombinationen der einzelnen Zutaten sind oft ungewöhnlich aber gelungen, die Qualität ist ausgezeichnet. Die zumeist regionalen Weine sind perfekt auf das Menü abgestimmt. Der Service ist ausgesprochen aufmerksam ohne aufdringlich zu sein, man merkt sich Vorlieben von Gästen, die wiederholt kommen. Ein sehr gelungener Abend im klösterlichen Ambiente.
