Deze jonge restaurateurs combineren de brabantse ongedwongenheid met een geweldig goede keuken. Ik heb bij veel goede restaurants (van alain ducas tot george blanc) gegeten en volgens mijn oordeel onderschat Michelin het talent van deze gasten. Absoluut een aanrader!
