Now run by a new generation (the brother in the kitchen and the sister front of house), its nationwide reputation is firmly established. una cucina di ricerca di sperimentazioni su basi territoriali al tempo stesso leggera e delicata con accoppiamenti mai banali.ottimi i menu degustazione sia per i piatti che per il prezzo onestissimo.buona carta dei vini e possibilita' di abbinamento al menu' degustazione.servizio preciso e supercortese.

Es ist immer wieder ein schönes Erlebnis bei Emanuelle und Michaela Gast zu sein. Auch unsere Kinder (8 u. 10) schätzen die wunderschöne Atmosphäre und die Speisen sehr. Der Service ist immer perfekt und die Küche überrascht immer wieder mit spannenden und wohlschmeckenden Kreationen. Für uns ganz klar DAS kulinarische Highlight im Friaul!
