- Guesthouse with 500 years of tradition behind it. From the outside you are immediately struck by the timber façade, and inside, by the rural charm. Tasty, regional and international cuisine with changing menus, including vegetarian dishes. Some of the rooms are in Black Forest-style and others are more modern.

Der Innenraum des Wirtshauses ist wirklich sehr schön.
-Cons
Das Preisleistungsverhältnis stimmt für einen BIP-Grourmet nicht . Der Service war überfordert, aber freundlich! Man sitzt, wenn man draußen ißt an einer sehr lauten Durchgabgsstrasse. Diese Strasse macht auch die Nachtruhe zu nichte. Deshalb ist die Übernachtungsempfehlung in Michelin nicht nachvollziehbar.

Schöne Atmosphäre und Tischkultur. Sehr freundlicher und bemühter Service. Akzeptables PLV. Küchenleistung insgesamt sehr ordentlich, entsprach aber nicht ganz den Erwartungen an einen Bib.
Ein innen noch rohes Cordon bleu kam nach Reklamation in 2 min nach welcher Behandlung auch immer verkocht zurück. Dem Renommee des Hauses entsprechend hätte man doch eine Neuauflage erwartet.
