The meals were of most fantastic quality and the ingredients always fresh: we had some fantastic fish-based amuse-bouches with very fine taste. I ate the best fish cotriade ever: the fish fond was amazing and the taste of the fish and seafood overwhelming. The Saint-Jacques' carpaccio was made with Japanese spices that enhanced the fine taste of the Saint-Jacques without masking it. The Lamb chops were perfect crisp on the skin and rosé inside and of great taste. Great dessert, not too sweet.
