Vom Aperitif bis zum Dessert: ein perfekter Abend. Die Servicebrigade unter Nils Blümke versteht es perfekt, omnipräsent, aber niemals aufdringlich zu sein. Sommelier Franck Mouzon stimmt die Weine optimal auf die Gerichte ab, man sollte seinen Empfehlungen unbedingt vertrauen. Patrick Bittners Küche hat sich in den letzten Monaten nochmal enorm weiterentwickelt. Kaviar, Périgord-Trüffel, Gänseleber: sein Wareneinsatz ist phantastisch und was er daraus macht, verdient dringend den zweiten Stern.
