Armin Karrer ist wohl einer der wenigen Köche in Deutschland, der die Möglichkeiten der Avantgardeküche aufgenommen hat, und konsequent selbst interpretiert. Tolles Menü, sensationeller Mix aus großer traditioneller Küche und absolut logischen passenden Avantgardeelementen. Großartig!!!!
Nix, absolut nix zu mäkeln. Auch der Sommelier war toll!
