Even on a wet day this restaurant has a lovely situation looking down the valley and over to Fayence. After a period when both cooking and service seemed to have slipped our last two meals suggest that Alain Carro and his team are back on song. Hermance, his daughter, and Quentin have sold the Relais in Seillans and are now working with him. The service is now assured and welcoming, with Hermance in charge and some of her well drilled team from Seillans in evidence. Timing is well organised with no long delays between courses. Our starters were first class - rougets in soupe de poisson with calamari and poached egg on caponata with langoustines were inventive, tasty and accurately cooked. The main courses were relatively simple - carre d'agneau with ratatouille and St. Pierre with baby artichokes - but were beautifully cooked. We finished with Grand Marnier souffles, traditional but again delicious. There is a strong wine list with a good selection of local wines. Prices are reasonable for this standard of establishment. Hermance seems to have taken over as sommelier and was very helpful. Overall a good experience and to be recommended.

Sehr nettes Lokal in sehr schöner Umgebung. Guter und freundlicher Service, auch mit den Kindern (2-7 Jahre) war es kein Problem. Das Menu enfant war sehr gut. Schöne Weinkarte und gute Beratung.

Das Essen hat leider nicht gehalten was das Ambiente versprach. Die Vorspeise war noch gut, jedoch waren die Hauptgerichte ein wenig einfallslos (Dorade und Ente) und v.a. die Ente in einer Orangensauce war durchschnittlich und ein wenig zu lange gegart.
