Gualtiero Marchesi ha reinventato la cucina italiana tanto tempo fa. E a 82 anni non si è ancora stancato di farlo. ti accoglie nel suo ristorante facendoti capire che sei lì per lui e non viceversa. E poi con piatti tradizionali o nuovi ti fa sognare perché la sua cucina è un'esperienza estetica totale e assoluta.

E' stata un esperienza unica di gusti e olfatto; menù degustazione con i piatti classici di Gualtiero Marchesi, lui sempre attento e presente in sala, gira fra i tavoli con occhio esperto, nulla sfugge nel servizio impeccabile di un menù veramente da favola, secondo noi quattro commensali, senza sbavature. esperienza sicuramente da ripetere, l'unico neo sono i costi, non proprio "popolari", ma siamo dal maestro di tutti i più grandi "stellati" chef italiani !!!
