This suburban stalwart is as earnest as they come. The environmentally friendly dining room cleverly encourages diners to learn to appreciate a raw food way of life. The aesthetic is more Woodstock than Gwyneth Paltrow, but the food is good enough for any health-conscious Hollywood celeb. Enjoy a guiltless lasagna made with thin sheets of zucchini, juicy tomatoes, grated carrots, loads of creamy pesto, and fluffy cashew "ricotta. " It arrives with a side of kale-licious salad: kale, hemp seed, and cabbage tossed with the house dressing. For even more of the leafy power green, try the addictive and delicious kale chips. The out-of-this-world cheesecake is a revelation and easily surpasses run-of-the-mill dairy cheesecakes, minus the guilt.
