Bij reservering werd niet verteld dat à la carte eten niet mogelijk was. Er was maar één menu beschikbaar, matige kwaliteit : vlakke smaak, magere opmaak en goedkope ingredienten voor een schrikbarend hoge prijs. Gratis koffie maakte de missers niet goed.
