Cadre et table exceptionnels. Très grande qualité des plats et des fromages. Desserts époustouflants avec une possibilité rare : boire le roi Yquem au verre. En un mot, le bonheur Absolu. La 2ème étoile n'est plus très loin... Chambre Aurélie spacieuse et calme.
