- It is always difficult taking over a restaurant with a good reputation. Formerly working alongside Philippe Rochat, and now in charge of the restaurant himself (since April 2012), Benoît Violier has met this new challenge with flair and enthusiasm. His subtle yet powerful and superbly presented dishes are real classics and made from the best ingredients available. An excellent start for a new venture, with immutable taste and style.

Depuis la reprise par Benoit Violier la perfection parait à son comble.De l'acceuil par MME Violier à tous les plats qui ont suivi tout au longde la soirée. Des asperges de Perthuis et mimosas à l'Osciètre Impérial au somon sauvage mi-cuit à la côtelette d'agneau de Lozère au dessert tout est parfais. Un plus la nouveauté avec tous ces petits légumes taillés avec la précision d'un horloger. Bravo à tous, merci au sommelier qui a su nous conseiller pour associé les vins au mets. BRAVO

Le cadre qui va être rénové cet été pendant la fermeture estivale.
