Bella e tipica risorsa calata in un paesaggio incontaminato (anche dalle mode) dell'alta Langa. Cucina schietta e tradizionale che,abiurando i modrnismi, mette in tavola il Piemonte piu' puro, ovviamente declinato in maniera piu' sobria. Il titolare è persona gentile e cortese oltreche' competente.
