Un restaurant typiquement Alsacien ou l'on découvre le terroir gastronomique de la région. Les tables, la déco de Noël et l'ambiance font de ce restaurant un lieu chaleureux.

J'ai trouvé le foie gras un peu fade et bien seul sur sa grande ardoise.

nous avons été trés bien accueilli, personnel trés serviable. le cadre est agréable.
les quantités servies sont faibles, et la qualité est trés moyenne, la présentation ordinaire. il s'agit d'une simple brasserie pour manger rapidement. je suis surpris que cette adresse figure dans le michelin, quand on sait le choix qu'il y a sur colmar.
