- Though Bite's black-framed windows barely stand out on its block of industrial brick storefronts, gals with a roller derby edge serve up unforgettably bold dishes inside. Grab a seat at the small back counter or take up residence at distressed oak tables armed with powder blue metal chairs, and settle in for an eccentric but filling ride. Eat all day, if you can: breakfast poutine gilds the lily with poached eggs atop house-cut fries, cheese curds, and smoked bacon gravy. Lunch?
