- It was in 2009 that this British chef set up shop in this minimalist and contemporary restaurant. His cooking is the epitome of finesse and impeccably crafted. It is constantly evolving under the single set menu format. He lets the ingredients do the talking and the flavours are close to perfection!

Très beau cadre, rien à dire!

La cuisine n'est pas au RDV : toujours les mêmes saveurs, trop d'ailleurs, on recycle la betterave et autres purées/crèmes/écumes tout le long du repas quelque soit le produit premier ... peut-être pour faire une continuité? Le sucré salée, oui ! Mais pas à chaque plats et sans adaptation aux produit c'est trop facile et du coup on perd le produit! le chef devrait revenir à des basiques et réapprendre le gout plus que le visuel pompeux et inutile: toujours les mêmes herbes déco... sans intérêt!
