Penso di essere stato fortunato a trovare piatti come avanotti, risotton con gambero di fiume e cicchetti con moieche. Finalmente una ristorazione che è attenta ai sapori e non abbonda con sale e spezie ricorrendo piuttosto ad erbe aromatiche.
Va preso nel giusto contesto di bella ristorazione, in una situazione conviviale e sicuramente non formale; per il resto tutto bene.
